I'm trying to cancel my sub for a few weeks without success. Help section doesn't work. Nobody gets back to me. In the meantime i'm getting charged for a license I don't need. Outrageous.
Please submit a ticket on https://support.graphisoft.com , they'll be able to help you with cancellation and can also discuss other technicalities that are needed.
