Licencing error

Im having problems acquiring licence for archicad 29 educational, the last 2 options that i have to choose (language) will always put an error on my screen, i tried other devices and browser. My browser language is Slovak.

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon

After signing in, click the "Submit a request" button in the upper right.

Then, select the "Educational License Support" option to write and submit your request.
