Hello,
Since yesterday (15/9/25) I have not been able to download my license using the license manager tool (stuck at step 2/4). I can sign in and see that my license is available for download but when I click download I get the error "connection to server could not be established".
I am on Windows 11 using Archicad 25
Things I have tried so far.
- Uninstall and reinstalling the license manager including security update.
- Used another machine (my laptop) same issue
- Tried running as admin
- Tried running in compatibility mode
- Used my phones mobile network rather than my main internet connection to try and connect.
- Repaired codemaster installation
Any help would be much appreciated
