License Manager Tool collects information of the license management related processes. These event logs can be used by the development for finding the reason and the solution for a possible issue. In case of unsuccessful license upload, download, update, replacement or any other kind of processes when License Manager Tool gives an error, there is a chance that the support team asks for these logs. In such case, they can be found in two destinations on both operating systems. Both folders are necessary for the proper investigation.
Note:
It is required to close all ARCHICAD instances and License Manager Tool before collecting the logs.
