License missing

Good Day all,

I have recently restarted a Laptop after it sitting for 5 months, after doing all the Windows Updates I opened GS License Manager Tool and I had to update my GS License. After Updating the license it vanished. I then opened GS License manager pool and there is said that the license was still active on the laptop.

I then went ahead and updated GSL Manage tool and the Code Meter Drivers, but still no License.... 

has anyone had this problem? and how do I solve this problem?

If after re-starting your computer, this issue remains the same, you'll need to contact your local technical support (specific to your country) for assistance.
