License renewal + upgrade to Archicad 27

Hi, I am trying to renew my license and update archicad since 4 days but its always saying that there is an internal server error. Is there any solution for that or any other way to renew licenses.

when exactly does the error message appear? Are you trying to log in via this website: https://myarchicad.graphisoft.com?
What e-mail address are you using to log in? The best thing to do is to contact edulizenz@graphisoft.de directly with a full description of the problem. Please send the screenshot of the error message, too.

Welche E-Mail-Adresse verwendest du für das Login? Am besten, du wendest dich mit einer kompletten Problembeschreibung direkt an edulizenz@graphisoft.de 

Füge deiner Nachricht bitte auch einen Screenshot der Fehlermeldung bei.
