Licensing Key not recognized on new computer

Hello. I'm running ArchiCAD 20 on Windows 10. I've just recently gotten a new computer, downloaded ArchiCAD 20 and the GS License Manager Tool. When I try to open ArchiCAD, with my key plugged in, it says "Please select License Type", and doesn't recognize my key. I click on "Troubleshoot Commercial License" and it brings up the License Manager Tool. This tool sees my key, says it's up to date, and that it's for ArchiCAD 20.

The key still works on my old computer when I open ArchiCAD there.

I'm sure this is some small setting that I'm missing. Can anybody help?

Are you sure you have downloaded the correct language version of Archicad?
i.e. a FRA (French) key will not run the USA version.
