Maxonform has been discontinued there is no AC13 version. GS has a new plugin for Cinema 4D which is in Beta but I have no idea if it works with the student version.

For educational users (at least in Belgium) you can freely use Cinema4D which (almost) has all the features from MaxonForm, with all added Cinema4D goodness.
Our students from K.U.Leuven register with me and I provide the names list to Design Express in Mechelen.
