Hello, I would like to receive a new Archicad license, but after registering and submitting the form on MyArchicad, a server error is displayed. Is there any way to solve this issue? Changing the browser doesn't help; the same thing happens everywhere.
Sometimes this can happen when the size of the uploaded file exceeds 2.5 MB. Could you please try with a smaller file and see if you can submit your request? In the meantime we are working on a proper error message to pop when you try to submit your file.
