Hi all - just wanted to share an issue I have been having recently when uploading my license to the 'Company License Pool'. I use my license on two different machines (my desktop and my laptop) and often upload it and download it between the two. Recently however I have encountered issues when I go to upload it using the License Manager Tool - it gets stuck on the 1/1 phase and won't continue beyond that. I figured out a work around for now that I thought I would share in case anyone else encounters this. What I noticed was that it was getting stuck when I would Sign-In first, but if I went to upload it without signing in and let it prompt me to sign in then it would work. This issue was happening on both machines and the work around has worked on both also. So not sure why this is happening and if it has something to do with the new update (never happened before that). Wanted to share in case anyone else was running into this.

Thank you of the report and I am very sorry about the issue!
This is very strange to me, I have never come across this issue before. Usually, the process should get stuck regardless of signing in or not. And it even happens on your 2 machines!
I'm wondering if there is any common setup between your laptop and desktop? Like is there any firewall/antivirus/network management software installed? Furthermore, you mentioned that it did not happen before, only after "the new update". Is that an OS update or Archicad update?
