How to purchase a subscription for ARCHICAD
Step 1: Sign in or Sign up For a new customer
- Open the webpage provided in the invitation
- Click on Sign up, then fill out the Sign Up Form
- Upon sign up, the GRAPHISOFT ID will be automatically paired with our system
For an existing customer
- Open the webpage provided in the invitation
- If you already have a GRAPHISOFT ID, it will automatically be paired with the company account if required
- If you have only used a social login in the past, please sign up as a new customer and set a GSID for the social login
Step 2: Plans & Pricing
- After sign in, please select
- Click Next Step
Step 3: Billing and Payment Details
- Enter Billing Information
- Zip Code and Address are first (the rest is filled out automatically)
- Billing Address is used for Sales Tax Calculations
- Shipping Address can be the same or different as the Billing Address
- Payment Method:
- VISA / MasterCard / Amex / Discovery
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Enter a Second Email Address for cc’ing emails / invoices
- Payment Card is Validated (via $1 charge which is refunded) when ‘Next Step’ is clicked
Step 4: Confirm Order Details and Place Order
- Review Order
- Accept Terms of Service
- Click on ‘Place Order & Charge my Card’
Step 5: Order Processing
The following actions are available only if you already have purchased a subscription
How to change my Payment Card
- Sign in to the webshop using your GRAPHISOFT ID
- Go to the 'Subscriptions’ Menu and select the ’Payment Method’ sub-menu on the right
- Then click Update Payment Method
How to change Billing Address or Shipping Location
- Sign in to the webshop using your GRAPHISOFT ID
- Go to the 'Subscriptions’ menu and select the ’Billing and Shipping Information’ sub-menu on the right
Click 'Update Billing and Shipping Information’ to update your Billing information or Shipping information. You can also manage email addresses here: add or edit the email address for sending cc’d emails or invoices.
How to obtain an Invoice
All Invoices are emailed in PDF format following each successful transaction. The complete history of Invoices is available on the web shop for download.
- Sign in to the webshop using your GRAPHISOFT ID
- Go to the 'Subscriptions’ menu and select the ’Invoices’ sub-menu on the right
How to purchase additional Subscriptions
- Sign in to the webshop using your GRAPHISOFT ID
- Go to the 'Subscriptions’ menu and select the 'Subscriptions’ sub-menu on the right
- Use the 'Buy Another Subscription’ link at the bottom to start a new (additional) Purchase process, which will be same as the initial purchase

How to purchase additional Licenses
Step 1: Select License(s)
- Sign in to the webshop using your GRAPHISOFT ID
- Go to the 'Subscriptions’ menu and select the ’Subscriptions’ sub-menu on the right
- Expand the required Term/Product by clicking on the arrow next to it
- Select one or more Licenses that you want to change
- Click the ‘Make Changes’ button
Step 2: Switch to Annual
- Depending on the Product, a variety of options will be displayed
- Select ‘Switch to Annual Term’
- Click ‘Review Order’ button
Step 3: Confirm
- A Summary of the Order is displayed
- An update regarding the next renewal is shown
- Click ‘Place Order & Change my Card’
Following Processing, the License is now listed under Annual Subscriptions
