Reinstall CodeMeter every time reboot computer in order to use Archicad. Is it normal?

After rebooting my MacBook and starting Archicad, you will get "no license found," like the picture below

Then I opened the license manager tool, and I got it.

Then I opened the CodeMeter and saw nothing there.

My only option is reinstalling the CodeMeter, the License Manager Tool, and Archicad work.

It shouldn't be this way.

It is very annoying

You are running it as Admin?

Reminds me of a long time ago on a school system that would initialise a stock copy of a desktop each time you logged in. No matter where you logged in you would have same desktop shortcuts, but if you had previously put anything there, it would be gone.

For this you don't have to reinstall CodeMeter, but simply need to start the service again. In the Settings app you may find CodeMeter listed, and here you can restart the service (ignore the missing label):

Once CodeMeter starts you should be able to access your license as usual. But CodeMeter stopping itself is unusual, so you need to contact local support. There were a few threads about the same issue here in the forum, you may want to look for them (for example this one)
