!Restored: Just starting out with training films

I am just learning this and have an initial question. I have version 10 and have downloaded the training films and installed them. I am watching chapter 1.1 where he creates the slab. The movie is 3 minutes long and I have spent a half a day on this. Partly setting up the palettes and workspace and so on. But in the movie he clicks on slab tool and then shows defaults and then picks a favorite setting. No problem. Then he goes to the top of the screen and says we need to activate the geometry rectangular method in the info box. He clicks on an icon there. Well I have poked around version 10 for a few hours and I can not find an info box with the three different icons in them. Polygonal, Rectangular and rotated rectangle. I can not find any where on here to activate the rectangular method? So then he draws a rectangular box on the work space. It looks good. He enters width and height. Then goes to a 3d view. Well I can not even draw the box. On my work space it has two points that have come from the project files. It says point 1 click here to difine the first vertex of slab 01. And there is a second point and it says click here to define second diagonal vertex. Well I thought we were going to draw a rectangle? And no matter what I do with the cursor mouse it does not want to draw a box very easily. Not sure what I am doing wrong but it must be something I am overlooking in the settings. In the directions it mentions a info box that should pop up when I select the slab tool but I don't find it. Doug

Sounds like you need to turn on your Info Box
Go to Window > Palettes > Info Box Then pick the Rectangular method. Put your cursor on the first spot then drag it to the second spot and click to place the slab.
