SW key lost

Hi,
I have some problem with new SW key. I was lost it and I wrote Cegra. They send me new SW key and I can't find it in GrafisoftID. I don't know, where is the problem. Can you hepl me please?

Ahoj,

I think the local reseller (which is Cegra for CZ if I'm correct??) is who you should contact for quick support.

Some things to check (that I know off):
Is your GS License Manager up to date? https://www.graphisoft.com/downloads/licensing/help/INT/pc.html
Do you have Codemeter setup correctly? https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/category/licensing/software-key/
