Hi!

I can't log in at the Graphicsoft login page on my software.

It only shows a blank page.

I tried to follow this tutorial, but with no success.

I'm using Windows 10 on latest build.

Archicad Solo 25.

Any ideas?

It's not antivirus, firewall...

Hello, @tisantamaria

Could you login into graphisoftid.graphisoft.com and send a print screen if it fails, please?

It´'s just like de image above, but on Windows 10.

Hello,

Thank you very much for the report and I am very sorry to hear about the issue!

To better understand the issue, may I ask with which application you are having trouble with signing in? Is it Archicad or is it License Manager Tool or both? Each of these uses a different environment, thus we need to know exactly where it is not working.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,
Minh

Hi Minh,

I have the same problem here with a student, who can't sign in via Archicad 25 on Windows 10 ( sign in Window is empty). Browser login works with no problem. I've added the *.graphisoft.com to the trusted websites in Internet Explorer but this doesn't change anything.

Hi Gino,

Thank you for the question!

This issue seems similar to the one posted here. The solution was, due to a driver issue in a new graphics card from Intel (Intel Xe graphics), the page could not be load. Could you please ask the client to check whether they have this type of graphics card in the system and make sure that it is updated?

Best regards,

Minh
