Sketch-Up 3D Models

I would like to be able to use the 3D models available in Form Fonts for Sketch Up in AC10. I understand I need to download a plug in, but that it should be the SketchUp 5 plug in rather than SketchUp 6. Where can I get it and where does it go once I've downloaded it?
