Steps to Change Your BIMcloud as a Service Subscription

The following steps only apply to subscriptions purchased through the Graphisoft NA, UK, or Work From Home web shops. They do not apply to purchases made through the Graphisoft Legacy Store or Graphisoft Store

How to upgrade your BIMcloud monthly subscription

1. Open the Subscriptions Portal
2. Choose the Subscription group: Monthly
   
   
3. Click Make Changes.
4. 
5. Select Transfer Monthly to Annual and click Update Subscription(s)
   
   
6. In the next dialog,
   
   - Set the number of BIMcloud license(s) you want to upgrade (1).
   - The page displays the payable amount (2).
   - Click Review (3).
7. Review the information and click Place Order & Charge my Card.
   
   

How to cancel your BIMcloud subscription

1. Open the Subscriptions Portal
2. Choose the Subscription group: Monthly or Annual
   
3. Click Make Changes.
   
   
4. Select Cancel BIMcloud Subscription (1) and click Cancel Subscription(s) (2)
   
5. In the next dialog, review the information and click Cancel Subscription(s).
   

NOTE: If you change your mind, you can undo the cancellation at any time up to 24 hours before the subscription renewal date.
