Can the building textures for AC9 that are available in the free library be used in AC10?

Textures, part of material definitions, are simply image files - typically jpeg, png, etc and can be used from any source.

Thank you. I thought that might be the case, but I wanted to be certain before I downloaded the remaining textures.
