This language version is not supported in the current country, so the license cannot be renewed

The language I used initially does not supported now. I need to update my serial number to get the newer version in another language, but can't do it since I see this message: "This language version is not supported in the current country, so the license cannot be renewed. To change your Archicad language version click on the “Set as Preferred Language” button. For more information go to the Help." 

Could you please help?
