Out of the blue, in the middle of work. Very practical. Endearing.

Crazy. Did you lose the work from that session?!
PS. What version is this happening in...28?

AC27 latest update. I had two sessions open, a few minutes wasted. It allowed me to save before closing (which is not immediately evident in the pop-up, and makes it even scarier).

I've just had the same thing happen. Two files open in v.27 and one in v.26. Windows 11.

What kind of license do you have.
Cloud, software or a network USB key on a server?
Barry.

This just happened to me and I'm unable to sign back in or work offline. Internet speed is good, computer is updated and restarted. Any tips welcome.

When you restart Archicad, at the start screen will be an option to 'Sign In' with your Graphisoft ID at the top right.
Does this work.
Or it you still have Archicad running, you can go to the HELP menu and choose 'Sign In'.
If neither of those works, contact your local Archicad support.
Barry.

Just had this happen to me, cloud license, 3 teamwork files open from BIMcloud, unexpectedly signed out of Graphisoft both in Archicad and on the Graphisoft website.
Come on Graphisoft... you gotta do better than this...

The fact that you need to restart the software before it can re-authenticate is rather backwards... Maybe someone should make a wish regarding this being ammended. Sounds like a more probable wish than the Licence Manager being made MFA compatible...

Have had this happen to me and I still use a physical hardware key.
Gs's implementation of this kill switch is not the best. IMO Rhino handles their licensing way better.
