I have downloaded the ArchiCAD 13 (64-bit) education version for my Windows 7 but unfortunately I cannot run the program. There seems to be an error. It says: "The Macintosh Environment Support Library has incorrect version". I would really appreciate if you could help me.

MademoiselleTink:
The Macintosh version is not 64 bit, only 32 bit, if you are on the Mac, download the Mac version. Otherwise, make sure you have downloaded the correct Windows version.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

Thank you for your reply David:)
I have edited my profile and added the signature as well as my computer specifications.
As far as my problem is concerned, I don't have a MAC, but sony vaio laptop with an original Windows 7 Home Premium system. I really don't understand the Macintosh error since it has nothing to do with my computer. The other pop-up message is "VBTo3DConverter.dll not found. File must be available to run the application!".
If any of this makes sense to you I would appreciate your advice. Thank you

Magda:
All I can suggest is to try downloading the installer again and try a new installation. If that does not work, perhaps someone else here will have a suggestion, or see if there is a link to some help on the download page.
Good luck,
David
