2D Scale Sensitive Option

is there a way to globally adjust the 'scale sensitive' option of objects?

currently my objects (windows and doors in particular) display properly at 1/4" scale. i would like to maintain that appearance at 3/16" scale, without having to open each object and adjust individually.

any advice?

The closest you would get is to Find/Select them all in your 3D window and change them. (3D window so you can access all floors at once)
