2d drafting Lines in 3d window please Help

I have a 2d drawing that I imported as a dwr and converted to an archicad file. I now want to draw some 3d diagrams ontop of the file. Is there anyway for the 2d drafted lines to show in the 3d window?

Campbei:

One method:
1. Show only the lines you want to see in 3D (via layers) and Save As... a DXF file.
2. Go to File > GDL Objects > Open Object > select the Enable > DXF File option and open the file (it will open as an object).
3. Save As this file into one of your active libraries (preferably the project library), it will be saved as an object.
4. Use the Object tool to place this object in your project, the lines will show up as lines in the 3D window.
