3D View blown up and stuck A15

I am running ArchiCAD15. The 3D View is magnified way up and the Orbit won't bring me back to a Front view. There are trapezoidal shapes in red line that don't correspond to anything.
How do I shrink the 3D View to correspond to the plan at 50%?
