3D dimensions

When I go to the 3D document window, the linear dimension tool is locked and I cant press it. Why is this happening?

I think this has been addressed somewhere else but you need to save the 3D view as a 3D document 1st and then the tools are available.

ruben, I see you are using INT.
That might be true for INT version,or other versions, I really don't know.
However, I immediately have dimensioning active
once 3dd is created in U.S. build 2285.
It automatically switches to 3dd
