Where is it?
Doing a search in the 14-lib did not find it.
Is it right under my nose?

Mine's in Archicad Library 14> Object Library> Basic Library> Furnishing> Decoration, found using the Find Library Parts option in Object Settings, using the keyword "text". (I'm guessing you put in "3D text" and that's why it didn't find it)

Silly me, thinking "3d text" search would work:-)))
