Hi, I have a saved view in my model.
How do I change the resolution of 3d view?
This helps me only to change window size, but resolution is the same.

Unless it is rendered, the view resolution is, as far as I know, what ever the window resolution. By modifying the window size then saving the view, it should increase the resolution, but it becomes rather difficult to adjust the view as you can no longer see all of it...

This one really frustrates me. There should be an easy way to select view and input desired resolution than save or redefine view.
I have had success adjusting the resolution of an existing "3D View generated in 3D Window" by:
- Opening up the Document > Creative Imaging > Photo Rendering Options\
- Setting the resolution to the desired size
- It may also be a good idea to Apply Render Safe Frame at this point
- Run the render (even in cardboard mode for quick output)
- Than while the rendered window is open go to your 3D View OPTIONS in View map and tick "Redefine Image Settings with current".
It's always been a bit hit and miss for me but I did manage to make this work. Hopefully it helps you achieve what you need.
I'd love to know if anyone has a more streamline method.

Yes,
the workaround with the window size is messy.
I do not want to render it, just a quick view that is in sheets as a drawing.
Just bothers me that it looks pixelated (I have full hd screen and that saved view is 1000x700 by 72dpi.
