Complex profile model beam gets cut off when moved upwards beyond a certain level. Thanks in advance for help.

Further to my last post. The 3d element re-appears beyond a "vacuum"
in the middle.

You will probably find there is a slab (or another element) in a hidden layer that has a stronger building material than your beam.

So you can either delete that element if not needed, adjust the building material strengths for the beam and/or hidden element, or change the layer intersection number (in the layer settings) so the two layers have different numbers (therefore elements will not intersect).
