3d selection bug?

I have had problems periodically with selection in the 3d window with the magnet selection option. Sometimes I will click to select with the magnet selection method and an element no where near my mouse with no overlapping parts will be selected. Often I have had problems selecting the one item (i.e.. large roof plane) that I am trying to select. Shutting down archicad and firing it up again seems to temporarily resolve the issue, but it returns over time.

you're using a marquee right? it's picking up the 'hidden' nodes of elements that have been cut by the marquee. i tried to get this fixed during beta, but they told me it was a limitation from AC9 as well. quite frankly this is [censored] since i never experienced the problem in 9 ever.

hassle you're dealer/tech support . . . the more people gripe over this, the sooner they may actually fix an ugly, ugly bug . . .
