Have a look at the Detailer Library under 01 General. I'm assuming that it's still there in v11.

Do a search on this site using the keywords "standard details"
and you will find lots of information on this topic.

If you are looking to BUY individual objects or object libraries you can try Objects Online http://www.objectsonline.com/customer/home.php
or search for GDL Objects.
Or are you asking how do I draw my own details?

Graphisoft, in their infinite wiseness, (I assume something to do with metric/imperial conversion), have decided not to include the detailer library in the INT version of ArchiCAD. You will have to either build up your own library of commonly used parts, or buy them from objectsonline as suggested above.

If you would like to see the wealth of parts available to US users, have a look at the first section of the USA library guide here -

http://www.graphisoft.com/support/archicad/downloads/library_guide11/USA.html

I assume that each component is an individual 2d library part with all the common sizes actually built in already.

There is, or we have it in Swedish version, don't know if it's there in Int. version or other countries.
