AC12 Main image building?

Anyone know how the building from the main image of AC12 was modeled? Particularly the exterior facade treatments? Also, I assume the animation of that building in the gallery of the installer wasn't made on AC12, but any idea what? Absolutely stunning work!

If you go to Help>About ArchiCAD, it tells you on the image itself.

I know the architect, I was referring to how the building was modeled in AC12. To my knowledge the architect does not have a website.
