AC12 Marque Tool Problem

Hello all again from a long time.

Is there a bug in AC12 about marque tool? When i draw a polygon by marque tool the program is nearly locked. It select objects very slow.

By the time why Graphisoft doesn't solve the stair problem inside of the program? Must we use an add-on for it?
