AC16 Zoom + Guideline = Crash

In AC16, we are getting sluggish response and/or completely crashes when using the guidelines while closely zoomed in. Does anyone have any thoughts on this issue? FYI, rebooting/restarting/updating haven't fixed the problem.

By updating do you mean your ArchiCAD version?

If you update your graphics card drivers to the latest version, that may help this issue as it may be caused by some driver problem.

that sounds like a bug from an earlier build than the current. Your signature doesn't refer to the version you're using. Current AC16 is 3827. that bug was fixed.
