AC20 - Custom Curtain Wall Profile

Could someone tell me/point me in the right direction as to how to make custom wall profiles, particularly for a silicone glazed system.

I searched through the forum and found details on how to do it, created the profile and loaded it in as a custom frame and cap profile under 'Modular Frame 20' but I couldn't get it to sit correctly in terms of position in relation to the glazing.

The attached is the silicone glazed profile. I had the same issue with a similar, capped profile.
