AC9 - Saving Favorites

I am no longer able to save favorites. My Favorite list originally came from a AC 8.1 PLN. I have saved and redefined the four windows shown. I can not seem to save any more window selections?

It seems that the windows that were existing within my previous Template file in AC 8.1 could not be saved as Favorites within AC9 until I placed a "fresh" window with thoses setting. I Alt-click the existing window then place in a wall Alt-click the newly placed window and in Favorites choose "Save Current Default Settings".

Strange.... but moving forward.....
