Hi

AC15 When I insert windows and doors into a wall an opening is not made in the wall. I still see the wall running through door and window?

You haven't set the Floor Plane Cut Plane at a useful height.
Under Document Menu.

Thank you for your response

The cut plain is set at 1150mm so that should be ok??

What are the "Floor Plan Display" settings for your wall and windows?
The easiest method is to have these set to "Symbolic" for both.

If you want to start using the floor plan cutting plane then you will want them set as "Projected with overhead".

Do you have more than one wall stacked on top of each other? - a window will only cut one of the walls and the others will appear to pass through the window in plan.
