THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR TIME.

I'M HAVING A REALLY BAD TIME TRYING TO ALIGN THE EDGE OF
A 3D OBJECT TO A CERTAIN POINT OR EDGE IN ARCHICAD 16.

I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY ADD-ONS APART FROM
OBJECTIVE OR CIGRAPH, (BECAUSE I'VE ALREADY TRIED
THOSE AND THEY WEREN'T ANY HELP) , THAT COULD HELP
ME ALIGN 3D OBJECTS USING 3D REFERENCES,
OR A TOOL IN ARCHICAD.

IN THE IMAGE I ATTACHED YOU CAN SEE WHAT I MEAN MORE CLEARLY.
ALL I NEED IS TO ALIGN PERPENDICULARLY THE FACE OF THE TUBE
(PURPLE LINE) TO THE GREEN LINE, OR THE ORIGIN IS THE SAME.

THANKS! AND SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH

OK GUYS I WAS ABLE TO DO IT BUT SACRIFICING
THE OBJECT PROPERTIES FOR A MORPH.

AFTER THAT ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PLAY WITH THE EDITING PLANES, IT
WAS REALLY REALLY ANNOYING BUT I DID THE WORK.

I HOPE THIS ENTRY WILL BE USEFUL FOR SOMEONE IN THE FUTURE, AND
BY THE WAY THIS WHOLE THING IS FOR AN EXPERIMENTAL LAB INSIDE
A DOME THAT WAS WITH CIRCULAR TUBULAR PIPES AT FIRST, I'LL LEAVE
YOU AN IMAGE OF THAT TOO.

TUBULAR STRUCTURE AT PLACE, THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE ALIGNMENT WITH THIS ONE AND THE ORIGIN AXIS.

HI, THE RECTANGULAR TUBE WAS AN OBJECTIVE NATIVE OBJECT WHICH I COULD MANIPULATE, CHANGE DIMENSIONS, THICKNESS, ETC.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR POST
