I am trying to detail my floating stair with vertical supports. I have a 1" nosing which seems to be impacting the location of the vertical support(throwing it off center). Is there not a way to fix this so it shows properly in my building section?
I would also like to shift the stringer down a little to allow some space between the bottom of the tread and the top of the stringer on the back riser side of the tread. I was able to get the tread to show as I wanted(in the FINISH ---> FLIGHT - TREAD) but the tread plate and the vertical support were still the same distance above the stringer so there was a space between the structure of the stair and the tread.
