Adding patterns & different materials to walls

Hi all, my first post here so go easy on me!

I'm having trouble trying to create a 3D pattern on my external concrete tilt panel wall with different colours, see attached screenshot. Any ideas? I thought previously i have just used the "profiler" tool, but it just gives one material for the whole wall? And i cant seem to get the "Complex profiler" tool to represent it the way i want it to.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Parky

But you are gaining since the last time Graphisoft stats people called with our rankings, I was 1500 ahead. If this keeps up they are going to take my velveteen computer station, limousine and driver away.

And i am certainly feeling old since walking with a cane.

Well Karl's still got us both beat on word count. I guess that's why he gets the Bentley and we have to make do with Caddies.

Speaking of canes...www.swordcane.com/burger_swords_home.htm

Feeds into the Errol Flynn fantasies.

Those aren't canes. They are pimp sticks.

Look at the attachment stats.
Since a picture is worth 1000 words…

How you model anything depends on what you need to do with it.
Do you need your tiltup walls to be in a schedule for volume, surface area etc...?

You can make a chamfer strip just like the ones that will be used on the inside of the froms and use that for SEO on the wall.
For the color, I would copy an elevation view of that wall after you do the SEO and use the magic wand to make very thin (.1" or less) colored slabs for each area. Save them as a .gsm and place them on the wall as one unit.
