Adjust Tool in ArchiCAD 18

I've noticed a hiccup when it comes to using the adjust tool. In the past, like with ArchiCAD 17, lines that were selected and 'adjusted' using the adjust tool would only move if those lines selected were going to cross or intersect a specific line.

I looked up the adjust tool in ArchiCAD 18 Reference Guide online and it says this: "Only those elements will be affected that intersect (or would intersect) with the chosen line/arc/edge."

Much to my frustration, this is not the case in my file. On the attached file, it shows the selected lines being adjusted to two lines, a diagonal and a vertical line. However, all the lines have been adjusted!

My question is, can/how do I stop this from happening?

I get the same result. Looks like a bug to me, although I would really appreciate the ability to turn this behavior on and off as needed.

The behaviour was modified in AC18 (so not a bug). In AC17 and before there were some inconsistencies and strange behaviours in certain situations. As a result in AC18 adjust with take an infinite extension of the element you click on to adjust to - rather than ignoring some elements in the selection.
