I sat through a 2 hour presentation with my reseller and came to the conclusion that for me it is not a good investment this time.

For most of projects one start a preliminary obtain site plan approvals and then a year or so later design a building. This is a 3 to 4 year cycle new releases should mimic this.for me a yearly upgrade is a hassle first of all. (i always say the same and i endup upgrading anyway) 'go figure' as D.A. would say !! ....
