ArchiCAD 18 - Problems with Unicode (Armenian letters)

In ArchiCAD 17 and 18 I have noticed many improvements with Unicode text, but ArchiCAD still have problems with Unicode, especially with Armenian letters.
I can't list all problems, but most of them I can introduce with annotated screenshots.
