ArchiCAD LT Version??

I have read rumors on some other CAD forums that Graphisoft is coming out with a LT version of ArchiCAD...is there ANY truth to this???

It's Archicad Start Edition and it;'s already out in some markets. It's basically Archicad 8.1. I do not know anything about the cost.
