Archicad 15 - Hummm.....what's the answer here?

OK, I've been watching the Youtube videos of this house in a different language. Now..I've seen this house "BUILT" already and it appears that it was done with Archicad 15....YET...AC15 isn't even out yet?

How is this possible?
GS...what gives here?

What I'd really like in ArchiCAD 16 is a Stair tool that can do Penrose Stairs in it's sleep.
