It seems that to coincide with the relase of the Ecodesiner * beta that the latest hotfix for 16 has been relaesed.
No official mention of it yet which is why I have posted this.
It seems to have fixed the selection/edit polygon problem and also the slab and wall composite problem at the edges of a limited height sections not showing previously.
