When I open Archicad it takes about 15+ minutes to load into Archicad 27, which is unusual.
Once I'm in the program I want to select a roof that I'm working on, once I click on the roof, it takes another 10+ minutes just for my laptop to say that "your computer doesn't have enough memory to perform the operation."
I looked at my system to try and figure out what's going on, and it uses 100% of my processor and 100% of my RAM.
I re-installed Archicad to see if it works, and even if I start a solo project, it takes up all my RAMand processor speed and just reboots my laptop after a while.
Does anyone else have this problem?
And how can this be solved as I need it for school. (I have a deadline next Wednesday, the 20th of March)

Does your local hard drive (the one Archicad is installed on) have plenty of space?
Barry.

Hey Barry,
I have +- 500GB of space on that harddrive left of the 1TB.

Have you restarted (completely shut down) your computer lately?
Many people don't, and this can help.
You mention opening a 'solo' project.
So this file is teamwork/BIMcloud?
If others have access to this file, are they having the same issues?
If you open a new file from the default template, and add just one roof.
Does this have the same problem?
If not then I would suspect something in the file, such as many Solid Element Operations.
Barry.

Is it AC or the CineRenderNEM using the resources?
