Archicad Beta: A little respect for Archicad's existing customers (Active ArchiPlus' subscribers)

Martin Jules
Mentor

I don't need to be an Archicad tester every year. It's not about the main goal. However, as an ArchiPlus' subscriber, I have the right to know the new features of each new version of Archicad as long as I keep my subscription active.

To that end, I would really appreciate to receive an electronic pamphlet every year from Graphisoft regarding this matter while keeping this information secret.

The company must have confidence in its active customers who love its Archicad product!

OK, I see, tomorrow I will ask GS HQ about this.

There is truth in all of the above, but the process is convoluted.  The link that Laszlo gives is only accessible to people who have asked to be invited and get a response to join the hidden group.

ANYONE can join the group meetings - but for strange reasons that only Graphisoft can explain to us - they must find THIS post from early this month:

https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/What-s-new/Sign-up-for-Graphisoft-User-Group-Webinar-2022-1st-Qu...

and then find the hyperlinked word "form" and click on it.  Finally, participation is limited to people who are signed up for this community with their GSID, so anyone not already signed up will need to sign up before filling out the form.

Bottom line, anyone can attend next week, but they must be a member or join this Community site, and then must fill out the form linked in the post above.  A response will include a link to join the hidden community and then choose which time zone session to join.  (I have seen that some people have signed up for multiple sessions.)

The process makes no sense at all to me, but that's what it is.

The user groups should not be hidden to those that have joined, but you did have to apply to join before 25th march.

I guess you can still try but no idea if you can still register for this next meeting.

missed it, they don't accept registration already. 😐

In the end what is your Objective?
ArchiCAD 9 onwards

Apologies... the form in the post above is no longer displaying... for some unknown reason, Graphisoft required that the form be filled out by March 25 ... for a March 29 webinar.  Bizarre process  and minimal publicity.  It's not like those of us who managed to sign up had to sign a non-disclosure or anything... so I don't understand why these meetings aren't simply wide open.

yeah, I know. I guess for those who knew. I think they should have highlighted or pinned it on the main page of the forum...

Unfortunately that takes you to the same page Karl and I highlighted and that 'form' link in now out of date.

As I see the deadline for the application is over.

"While the specific topics for each of these webinars will vary, the themes will be around sharing and gathering feedback on our product roadmap - industrial best practices and technological advancements."

Where can I see this product roadmap?
