You have your thick horizontal Wall, which changes from Structural Brick to Structural Brick+Air+Brick at the left edge of the left vertical Wall. Make it so that the change from one Structure to the other happens at the right edge of the left vertical brick wall. Then the vertical brick Wall should be extended to the structural brick wall.
