BIM Client problem

I sent a BIM .exe file to a client recently; she cannot open it. Her computer wants to know which program to use. I thought it was all self contained and did not need an outside program to open it.

I don't know what to tell her. Anyone had any any experience with this?

Do you mean a VBe/BIM Explorer file? If you created it with the demo version it is only playable on the same machine that created it.

Not a demo model. It's bought and paid for. It is VBE/BIM add-on. Have sent models to other clients with no problems. This one is a problem, however.
