BUG - toolbar keeps moving for no reason

Hi,

I have this bug since Archicad 18, and i cannot solve this, can you please help? When i select a line the toolbar moves randomly, its infuriating....

I don't think that is a bug.
There is a Work Environment option for the pet palette to jump to a preferred location (which is what it is doing).
You can set it to follow the cursor and then it won't jump away.
